Mr. Sumrell joined the firm in 2010 after completing a one year clerkship with the Circuit Court of Henrico County.
Before attending law school, Mr. Sumrell served as a deputy press secretary for a U.S. Senator and an account executive at a communications and government relations firm in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Sumrell received his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University in 2003 and his J.D., magna cum laude, from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond.
